She likes to try count, and is able to count to 5 while counting out goldfish crackers. If we continue counting with her, she likes to say the 8 and 10 for us, in the right order. She also likes to sing along with the leapfrog alphabet gadget on the fridge, getting to 'g' or 'h' before she just mumbles whatever the leapfrog says next.

Her first two word sentence was: "All Done!" with a clap of her hands and then putting her palms up with a little shrug of her shoulders. And now, when you say back to her that, "you're not all done," she says "all done!" with a little more sprirt, and keeps repeating "all done!" a little louder each time thinking that we might understand her better if she says it louder! It's funny!

Sorry we haven't put a new post on here for quite some time, but you know how life goes.  Besides, after we started looking at the pictures we had, it was discovered that we didn't have that many since the last post.  Actually as sad as it sounds, I think that we forgot to take pictures of our first Christmas with Addison.  Lisa has some Christmas pictures, but I haven't got them copied onto our computer yet, so those will just have to wait.

Bill, Deb, Ian, and Ella (our Wisconsin "forever family") came over for Valentine's weekend, not for Valentine's day, but to celebrate the Chinese New Year.  The weather didn't cooperate much, but we were able to spend some time at the dance studio playing on the spring floor and a make shift slide.

Addison and Ella posed for another red couch photo, this time on a brown leather couch, but it was still fun to see them in traditional Chinese dresses.  We were able to make it up to the Chinese restaurant in Marshall, to help celebrate the Chinese New Year as well.  It was also fun to see how much both girls have changed.  It's amazing that Addison has only been a part of our lives for 1 year.  Let's just put it this way, she has adjusted pretty well.

Addison is saying more words everyday, and is finally able to say Lisa's name.  For the longest time, Addison wouldn't try to say Lisa, she would just say LeLe, but if you said any other name to her, she would try say it.  Lisa was so happy when Addison finally said - Lisa!  It actually sounds more like Lesha, but at least it's no longer LeLe.

These pictures are as close as I could find to Christmas on our camera.  I know that Lisa has others, but those will have to wait.
